Our Process

We have a well-defined process to ensure strict adherence to quality parameters and to deliver superior service, time and again.

You send us your design (in almost any format) along with your order. One of our project managers would be assigned to your project, who would analyze your order and request for any additional information, if required. Your requirement will then be re-assessed by a markup expert before work commencement. The Project manager passes the order on to a markup developer, who studies the requirement and proceeds with markup. The markup developer passes on the result to the QA team, which tests the markup developed across various browsers and for conformance to our quality guidelines. Any fixing requests are passed to the markup developer. Once the QA team approves the markup, it is passed on to the Project manager who delivers the files to the client.

Step 1 – Upload your file(s)

We accept designs in almost any format, but mainly would prefer PSD, PNG or AI. If your format is not any of the suggested formats, please email us tell us in which format you expect to submit files to us. Also please provide us with custom fonts if any. If your website consists of more than one template simply compress all the files in ZIP or RAR format. You can upload your files to an external source and specify the link to the uploaded file(s) if the total size is greater than 20MB.

Step 2 – We convert your design to valid WordPress/CMS

Before we begin slicing your website we require a 50% down payment upfront. Once received, we will begin slicing your website and will have it ready within a specified timeframe that will be agreed upon. If we have any questions during the process, we will contact you promptly.

Step 3 – Test and Delivery

We will make sure that your template works across all major browsers like (IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera & Chrome). Finally, your template will be uploaded to our server for review. Upon approval and receipt of the remaining balance payment, we will email the files to you (You will receive your files in ZIP format).
